We understand that life happens. Your self care commitment is very important to us, and we value your time. As your service provider, we respectfully ask that you mutually value ours as well. As with other establishments, our business is not able to make special exceptions to policies on an individual basis.
Please read our policies prior to booking your appointment - booking your appointment confirms that you agree to the following:
ARRIVAL TIME
Please arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled service time. Arriving in advance, will allow time to for you to get changed and begin a relaxed mindset to experience the full treatment. Please do not arrive earlier, as I may be with a client in service.
LATE ARRIVAL
You are allowed a grace period of 15 minutes before being marked as a No Show. If you are running late, please call or text. Your appointment time has been reserved for you and failure to arrive in a timely manner will result in not receiving your full treatment time. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we will likely need to reschedule and you will be charged the cancellation fee. No refunds will be made for shortened services due to tardiness. In the event your service service is still able to be completed, your treatment time will be shortened to avoid inconveniencing the client that has a booking after you.
CANCELLATION / NO SHOW
Cancelling your appointment within 24 hours of your service or not showing up to your appointment will result in a charge to the card placed on file for 50% of the scheduled service amount. No future appointments will be accepted until it is paid. This amount cannot be applied to future appointments or refunded under ANY circumstances. No call/No-shows will be charged 100% of the original booked service price. Skin By Flynn reserves the right to decline any person(s) from booking future appointments if any issue(s) persist.
CHANGES TO YOUR APPOINTMENT
Please make any needed changes to your appointment at minimum 24 hours prior to your appointment time. This includes rescheduling, and adding or subtracting any services. Cancellation charges will be applicable for any services decided against during same day of appointment time.
NO ADDITIONAL GUESTS
Please come alone to your scheduled appointment. Bringing additional guests, including children will crowd the studio and be a distraction to you and your service provider.
AFTER HOURS & PAYMENT
Please feel free to contact me about earlier or later appointment times & weekends, though they cannot be promised. I will require an additional $20 service fee for any appointments not during regular business hours that must be paid at the time of scheduling your appointment.
All other payment is to be made before or directly after the service is provided. We only accept cash, credit card, apple pay and Venmo for payments.
REFUNDS
No refunds will be given at anytime. All services are cosmetic/luxury services. Clients are responsible for researching their artist, portfolio, aftercare, risks, etc. All sales on services and products are final. We reserve the right to uphold this policy.
Returns of Face Reality, or Glymed products purchased through separate online website links fall under the return policies of those websites as they are separate entities from Skin By Flynn. Those websites should be contacted in the case of receiving a damaged product or returns.
CREDIT CARD ON FILE
When scheduling appointment requests, you will be required to place a valid card on file to secure your booking. This card will not be charged unless you cancel your appointment within 24 hours of your scheduled time or if you fail to show up for your appointment.

While it's preferable to arrive makeup-free, please don't worry about cleansing your skin beforehand. Additionally, if possible, try to complete your workout routine before your facial appointment.
*We kindly request that you refrain from skin picking, at-home dermaplaning, using tanning beds, experiencing sunburns, and using retinol products for a minimum of one week.

If you are a first time client, you can book an in person or virtual consultation so that we can decide on a treatment that is best for your skin and overall goals. If you are a returning client and are not sure what to book next, feel free to contact Molly via email or phone and she will be happy to guide you in the right direction! To avoid any confusion, we recommend pre-booking your next appointment at the end of your treatment.

It is advised to wait at least 2 weeks for traditional facial treatments after receiving botox or filler in order to avoid any manipulation or shifting of the botox or filler beneath the skin. It would be advised a 4 week wait time if receiving facial contouring/buccal treatments. If you’re doing both in the same day, get your facial prior to any injectables.

Yes, we love a good pamper day! That’s why we do what we do! Since its important to avoid water after a tint or lamination, we will do your facial prior to your brows. Just make sure you book both services for your appointment time. It doesn’t matter which one is first on the booking schedule.
We can’t guarantee that we will have time to add on your brows that day if it wasn’t scheduled.

Before receiving any chemical peels, it is necessary that all clients be on a routine of products approved by us. If the skin is not prepped properly prior to the peel, it is more likely for irritation to occur and for you to not see the results you could otherwise obtain with proper homecare. We want to make sure that you get the best results from the treatments that you’re investing in. We truly care about the health of your skin and achieving the best results possible.

We typically suggest scheduling a facial every 4-6 weeks, and the frequency may vary depending on the specific results you're aiming for.
Regular facials offer a multitude of benefits, including improving skin health, reducing stress and anxiety, promoting relaxation of the parasympathetic nervous system, enhancing your mind-body connection, soul healing, and providing an energetic reset.
